In Black Ink Crew season 4 episode 3, titled "Sixty Bad, Forty Good," the crew is dealing with the aftermath of Sky's big reveal about her past with her son. The shop is tense, with Ceaser trying to comfort Sky, and the rest of the crew feeling awkward and uncertain about how to act around her.
Meanwhile, a new client has come in with a special request for Sassy. She wants a tattoo to commemorate her upcoming 60th birthday, but with a twist - she wants 60% of the design to be bad, and 40% to be good. Sassy is a little unsure about how to approach this request, but she ultimately decides to go for it, hoping to create something truly unique and memorable for the client.
As Sassy works on the tattoo, tensions between O'S**t and Donna continue to simmer. Donna is feeling disrespected and overlooked by the rest of the crew, and she decides to confront O'S**t about it. The conversation quickly devolves into a heated argument, with plenty of insults flying back and forth.
Meanwhile, Dutchess is dealing with some personal drama of her own. She's been struggling to balance her work at the shop with her long-distance relationship with her boyfriend, and she's starting to feel like something has to give. She confides in Ceaser about her concerns, and they have a heart-to-heart about the challenges of maintaining a long-distance relationship.
As the episode comes to a close, the crew is left wondering about the future of their shop and their relationships with each other. There are still plenty of unresolved tensions and conflicts, but they all know that they're in this together - for better or for worse.
