When it comes to running a business, loyalty and trust are vital components. Unfortunately for Ceaser and Dutchess, it seems that their relationship is lacking in both of these key areas. In season 3 episode 8 of Black Ink Crew, titled "Movin' Funny," tensions between the two continue to mount as their communication becomes more and more strained.

As the episode begins, Ceaser is feeling the weight of his responsibilities as the owner of Black Ink. The shop's finances are tight, and he knows that he needs to find new ways to bring in money. To this end, he has been meeting with a potential investor named Michael, who he hopes will be able to help take Black Ink to the next level.

Meanwhile, Dutchess is feeling neglected by Ceaser. Although they live together, she feels that he has been distant and uninterested in spending time with her. When Ceaser comes home late after a night out with his friends, Dutchess confronts him about his behavior. Ceaser, however, brushes her off and tells her that he needs to focus on the shop.

This conversation only serves to highlight the growing rift between the two of them. Dutchess feels that Ceaser is not putting enough effort into their relationship, while Ceaser feels that Dutchess is not supportive enough of his business endeavors. These tensions come to a head when Ceaser asks Dutchess to sign a prenuptial agreement before they get married. Dutchess is hurt and offended by Ceaser's request and feels that he doesn't trust her.

As all of this is happening, the rest of the Black Ink crew is also dealing with their own issues. O'S**t, who is now going by the name Richard, is struggling to adjust to life outside of prison. He feels like his old friends and colleagues are treating him differently and is having trouble finding his place in the shop. Puma is also feeling the strain of being a new dad and balancing his work responsibilities.

Despite all of these challenges, the crew manages to come together to support each other as best they can. When Dutchess brings in an important client to the shop, everyone works together to make sure that the client is happy and satisfied with their experience. Through their hard work and dedication, the crew is able to prove that they can overcome any obstacle as long as they stay true to each other.

Overall, "Movin' Funny" is a tense and emotional episode that highlights the importance of trust and loyalty in both business and personal relationships. As Ceaser and Dutchess struggle to find common ground, the rest of the Black Ink crew reminds us that true friendship and support can help us overcome even the toughest challenges.
