The roughnecks of Big Dog 28 are on schedule to drill 4 holes in 50 days...that is, until they run into the "The Hole from Hell."? Driller Pee Wee and his daylight crew are forced to deal with the brunt of the problems, and things go from bad to worse when a drill pipe "twists off", leaving the entire hole in jeopardy.? Cheston continues to push Pee Wee to his breaking point, and even Gerald's had enough of the rig's worm.?? Meanwhile, Ron's evening crew loses a roughneck to another company and is forced to break in a new hand who calls himself "Tank".? Ron isn't too happy when he shows up late his first day, and threatens to give Tank? "the boot" before he even steps foot on the rig floor.?
