Ep 3. The Third Coast

Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern takes viewers on a journey around the world to explore unique and off-the-beaten-path culinary experiences. He also learns about the history of the area's culinary traditions, which are influenced by the Native American tribes who once lived there.

The episode concludes in Tampa, Florida, where Andrew tries the famous Cuban sandwich, as well as other Latin-inspired dishes. He also explores the city's thriving craft beer scene, visiting several local breweries.

Throughout the episode, Andrew delves into the history and culture of the Gulf Coast, as well as the unique ingredients and cooking techniques that define the region's cuisine.
