Andrew Zimmern is back exploring the United States' culinary scene in Bizarre Foods season 9 episode 6 named "Chicago's Cutting Edge." The next stop is with Chicago's Chef Mindy Segal at her restaurant Hot Chocolate. Andrew tries a unique dish, a bone marrow-stuffed onion with beef tongue. He also visits North Pond restaurant in Lincoln Park where he samples Chef Bruce Sherman's lamb brains with garlic scape pesto.
