In the first episode of season 10 of Bizarre Foods America, host Andrew Zimmern takes viewers on a culinary journey through Hidden Los Angeles. In this episode, Zimmern explores the diverse food scene in Los Angeles that often goes unnoticed, hidden in plain sight.

Zimmern's first stop is at a Korean barbecue restaurant that serves whole goat, a dish that is not commonly found in the city. He then takes a trip to a market that specializes in Filipino ingredients and tries a popular street food called balut, which is a boiled duck embryo.

After tasting these exotic dishes, Zimmern visits a Japanese restaurant where he learns about the art of soba noodle making. He then heads to a pop-up restaurant where he tries a unique fusion dish that combines French and Vietnamese cuisine.

In the final part of his journey, Zimmern visits a restaurant that serves "head to tail" cuisine, where every part of the animal is used in the dishes. He ends his tour of Hidden Los Angeles at a Mexican bakery where he samples traditional pan dulce.
