Ep 4. A Friendly Face; Big Chibi 6

After defeating their latest nemesis, Big Hero 6 takes a break from their crime-fighting duties and decides to spend their free time developing a new project. As they start brainstorming, Baymax suggests creating chibi versions of themselves to study human behavior on a smaller scale. The team loves the idea and starts working on their individual chibi characters.
Honey Lemon creates a chibi version of herself that is bubbly and outgoing, while Fred's chibi is a miniature version of his superhero alter ego, Fredzilla. Go Go's chibi is a speed demon who is always on the go, and Wasabi's chibi is a neat freak who loves to organize everything in sight. Just when things are looking bleak, their chibis come to the rescue and help fend off the attackers. The team is astonished by their chibis' bravery and quick thinking, and they realize that their little characters have developed into much more than just a tool for studying human behavior.
After the mission, the team returns to their lab and reevaluates their chibi project. They realize that their chibis have become an integral part of their team and decide to make them an official addition. Big Chibi 6 is born, and the team can't wait to see what kind of adventures they'll have together.
