Ep 2. More Than Meats the Eye

In the second episode of Big Food Bucket List season 1, titled "More Than Meats the Eye," the host, John Catucci, sets out on a meat-centric culinary adventure through Kansas City, Missouri, to explore the city's famous barbecue scene.

John tries his hand at making homemade sausages and gets to taste some of the shop's signature creations.

The episode ends with John visiting a barbecue competition, where he gets to see some of the best pitmasters in the country compete for top honors. John tries a variety of meats and sides, including a unique dish that features deep-fried ribs.
