Their next adventure takes them to the Great Wall of China, where they meet a guide who takes them on a hike along a wild, unrestored section of the wall. As they climb steep steps and navigate rocky terrain, the Kirkbys reflect on the history and symbolism of the Great Wall.
Throughout the episode, the Kirkbys face challenges and learn valuable lessons about themselves and the world around them. They continue to explore the beauty and complexity of China, immersing themselves in its history, culture, and natural wonders.
