Back at school, Brandon runs into Emily again. She tells him that she has enrolled in Beverly Hills High School and is looking forward to starting. Brandon offers to show her around the school and introduces her to some of his friends. Emily quickly becomes popular and catches the eye of Dylan. Emily seems to be enjoying the attention, but Brandon is still cautious about her intentions.
Elsewhere, Steve is still dealing with a series of emergencies that require his attention. He is stressed and feels like he is letting Clare down. Clare tries to be understanding but is starting to feel like Steve is too preoccupied with his own life to pay attention to her.
The episode ends with Andrea making a decision about her pregnancy and Emily revealing a secret to Brandon that could change everything.
