Ted and his team are tasked with finding a new way to market a revolutionary light bulb created by the company. Veronica suggests they use a positive message to sell the light bulbs, but Phil thinks they should use scare tactics instead. Meanwhile, Linda and Rose compete in a charity walk, but Linda injures herself and is unable to finish. Ted steps in to help her complete the walk, leading to some unexpected revelations about their relationship. As the team navigates the complexities of marketing and personal relationships, they learn what it really means to take the high road.
