Ep 11. Ed & Breakfast

Ed & Breakfast is the eleventh episode of Best Ed's first season. The story revolves around two best friends Ed and Buddy Bear. Buddy is a sweet and kind bear who always tries to help others whereas Ed is a big green horse who is a little self-centered and always looks for ways to gain fame.

The episode shows Ed's latest scheme to become famous - he turns his house into a bed and breakfast. Buddy is skeptical about this idea because he knows how unorganized Ed can be. Despite Buddy's doubts, Ed begins advertising his bed and breakfast everywhere he goes and soon enough, guests start arriving at his doorstep.

Ed creates a menu with elaborate breakfast options including "Sunrise Salad" which is a bowl of Cheerios with a plastic sun stuck in the middle. As the guests start arriving, Ed becomes increasingly disorganized, forgetting guests' names and mixing up their orders. One guest even finds a live frog in his cereal.

Meanwhile, Buddy can see that things are not going well at Ed's bed and breakfast and he tries to help his friend anyway he can. Buddy is shown answering the phone, taking orders and even helping Ed in the kitchen. Ed is grateful for Buddy's help but he still wants the credit for everything.

As the morning progresses, things go from bad to worse. The guests start complaining about the quality of the food and the poor service. One guest even accidentally ends up in Ed's bedroom and Ed tries to play it off as a feature of the bed and breakfast. Buddy tries to save the situation by offering to take the guests out on a nature walk.

During the walk, the guests and Buddy have a great time and Ed starts getting jealous. He tries delivering breakfast to Buddy and the guests in the woods but everything goes wrong. The food gets mixed up and a bear ends up stealing all of Ed's food. Ed is embarrassed and decides to shut down his bed and breakfast. Buddy tells him that it's okay to fail sometimes and that they can try something else in the future.

At the end of the episode, Ed and Buddy are seen sitting on their porch, with a sign saying "Best Ed's Bed and Breakfast Closed", when the bear who stole Ed's food suddenly appears. The bear is carrying a tray of food with a note that says "Sorry for stealing your food. Breakfast on me!" Ed is thrilled and excitedly opens the tray, only to find a bunch of forest berries as the bear takes off with his food tray. Ed is disappointed but still grateful for the bear's kindness.

Overall, Ed & Breakfast is a fun-filled episode that revolves around Ed's ambition to become famous. The episode shows that sometimes, things don't go as planned, but it's important to have friends who will stand by you through thick and thin.
