Benidorm season 6 episode 5, titled "Episode 5," follows the usual mix of holidaymakers as they enjoy the Spanish resort's sun, sea, and, of course, parties. As the show's colorful cast of characters hit the nightclubs and beaches, viewers are treated to a fun-filled episode.
The episode opens with a loud and raucous pool party at the Solana resort, as eager guests and locals try to make the most of their time in this vacation paradise. Among the revelers are the Garvey family, who are keen to show off their moves on the dance floor. Madge Garvey, played by Sheila Reid, is particularly intent on amusing herself as much as possible on her holiday. Her son-in-law, Mick, has to cut her short when things start getting out of hand.
Things take a turn when a handsome and charming guest, called Liam (Adam Gillen) checks in. He soon catches the attention of the women at the resort, including Madge, who quickly becomes smitten with him. However, it's not just the women who are taken by Liam; Geoff (Johnny Vegas) also seems to take a liking to him, and they spend some time bonding over beers and laughs.
Meanwhile, Joyce Temple Savage (Sherrie Hewson) is still trying to run things at the Solana but is finding it hard to keep up with the demands of her guests. She is particularly vexed by the arrival of hotel inspector Mr. Wu, whom she is keen to impress. But things don't go quite as planned, and there are some amusing miscommunications along the way.
Elsewhere in the resort, old-fashioned couple Clive and Tonya Dyke (Perry Benson and Kathryn Hunt) are feeling a little lost in the modern world. They find themselves struggling to keep up with the younger guests, and their romantic evening on the beach takes an unexpected turn.
At the end of the episode, tensions rise as a new holidaymaker arrives at the Solana. But who is this mysterious new guest, and what will they bring to the mix?
Overall, "Episode 5" of Benidorm season 6 is another fun-filled addition to the hit show. The episode delivers plenty of laughs, thanks to the well-drawn characters and the witty script. Fans of the show will enjoy seeing their favorite characters getting up to their usual hijinks, while newcomers to the series will find plenty to enjoy in this episode. The mix of comedy and drama is as entertaining as ever, making this a must-watch for anyone looking for a fun and lighthearted show.
