As the summer season starts to wind down in Benidorm, the Garveys' holiday takes an unexpected turn when Madge's wealthy friend Mel turns up unexpectedly. Mel is immediately enamored with Mateo, the Solana's flamboyant and flirty barman, much to the amusement of the other guests.

Meanwhile, Jacqueline and Donald are still at odds over their respective investments in the resort. Matters only escalate when Jacqueline discovers that Donald has been engaging in some shady business dealings behind her back.

Over at the Solana, Joyce is feeling the pressure of keeping up with her recently deceased husband's high standards as the hotel's new owner. She enlists the help of a demanding consultant named Crystal to whip the staff into shape, but not everyone is eager to follow Crystal's strict rules.

Tensions rise when Liam and Cyd, two teenage holidaymakers, sneak into the hotel's exclusive Neptune's Bar and cause a scene. Liam's behavior puts a damper on Kate and Martin's romantic evening out, and leaves the Solana staff scrambling to contain the situation.

As the chaos mounts, the Garveys and their friends find themselves caught up in the various dramas unfolding around them. Despite the bumps along the way, they remain determined to make the most of their time in Benidorm before the end of their holiday draws near.
