Ep 17. Queen Thistles's Day Off / Nature Class

Queen Thistles's Day Off / Nature Class is the seventeenth episode of the first season of Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom. In the first half of the episode, Queen Thistle is determined to take a day off from her royal duties. However, her attempts at relaxation are repeatedly interrupted by her subjects who come to her for assistance with various problems. Eventually, she finds a way to sneak away for a peaceful picnic with King Thistle, but they are interrupted by a group of noisy fairies.

In the second half of the episode, Ms. Jolly teaches the children of the Little Kingdom about nature. She takes them on a walk through the woods, pointing out different plants and animals along the way. However, the children are more interested in playing games and having fun than learning about nature. When they accidentally disturb a bird's nest, Ms. Jolly uses the opportunity to teach them the importance of respecting and protecting nature.

Throughout the episode, the charming and mischievous fairies and elves of the Little Kingdom are showcased. Ben and Holly use their magical abilities to help the Queen and to playfully tease each other, while their friends learn important life lessons. The bright colors and whimsical setting of the Little Kingdom make this a delightful and entertaining show for young children.
