Meanwhile, Max sets off to find Adwaitya's lair and attempt to disable her charm amplification device single-handedly. He faces a series of obstacles, including Adwaitya's loyal minions and deadly traps. In the second half of the episode, Billy Billions enlists the help of a group of supervillains to help him execute his plan. The villains include Frightwig, Thumbskull, Acid Breath, and a new villain named Tim Buktu. The group stages a series of elaborate fake crimes, which Billy then solves in public, garnering fame and adulation from the media. However, things quickly go awry when the villains begin to take their fake crimes too seriously and wreak havoc on the city.

Backed into a corner, Billy is forced to team up with Ben and his team to stop the villains and save the city. Despite their initial reluctance to work together, Ben and Billy find common ground in their desire to protect their home. Together, they manage to take down the villains and put an end to their destructive plot.

Overall, "Charm School's Out/Billy Bajillions" is an action-packed episode that showcases both the humor and heart of the Ben 10 series.
