Giancola struggles to put his romantic feelings for Malia aside, while Malia tries to focus on her job as he superior, but the tension between them is growing. Meanwhile, Wes, the lead deckhand, starts to develop a romantic interest in Malia, and their attraction becomes more apparent as the episode continues.
As the guests enjoy their trip, they demand more activities and extra services, which strains the crew's resources. They ask to swim with dolphins and eat dinner on a secluded island, causing the crew to work tirelessly to ensure the guests have a memorable experience.
One of the crew members, Lauren Cohen, finds herself in hot water after the guests complain about her service, which makes her question her abilities as a stewardess. But with some encouragement from the other crew members, Lauren regains confidence in her abilities and seeks to up her game to ensure the guests leave satisfied.
The episode culminates in a dramatic showdown between Chef Ben and one of the guests, who accuses him of lying about using vegan cheese in her meal. The altercation escalates, and the crew wonders if they will be able to salvage their relationship with the guests or not.
