In Below Deck Mediterranean season 2 episode 10, titled "Kissing Up," the drama onboard the yacht continues to escalate. The episode opens with the crew anxiously awaiting their new charter guests, who turn out to be a group of young, attractive professionals who are keen on having a good time.
As the crew gets to work preparing for the charter, tensions rise between Chief Stew Hannah and Second Stew Lauren. Hannah is frustrated with Lauren's lack of attention to detail and her tendency to cut corners, while Lauren feels like she can't catch a break from her boss. Things come to a head when Hannah confronts Lauren about a missing bottle of wine, which Lauren denies taking but Hannah doesn't believe her.
Meanwhile, deckhand Bobby is still trying to win over fellow crew member Julia. Bobby takes every opportunity to flirt with Julia and shower her with compliments, but Julia remains aloof and uninterested. She tells Bobby that she's not looking for a relationship on the boat, but he doesn't seem to take the hint.
As the first night of the charter gets underway, tensions continue to simmer between the crew members. Chef Adam struggles to keep up with the demands of the guests, while deckhand Wesley feels like he's being pulled in too many directions at once. Bobby, meanwhile, is still trying to win over Julia, but he starts to grow increasingly frustrated with her lack of interest.
As the charter progresses, the crew is faced with a number of challenges. Chef Adam and First Officer Christine clash over the best way to please the guests, while Hannah and Lauren continue to bicker. Bobby's frustration with Julia boils over, leading to a heated argument between the two of them.
Despite the drama, the crew manages to put on a successful charter for their guests, with plenty of laughter, good food, and beautiful scenery. As the episode comes to a close, the crew members prepare to say goodbye to their guests and brace themselves for the next challenge that awaits them on the open sea.
