When Ian causes Grace to quit as the schools mascot Pecky the Pelican, hes forced to take over the job. He looks at it as a personal challenge to prove beyond a doubt that mascots actually can be entertaining. And when Mr. Fleeman flaunts his new float for the Burnaby Annual Really Fun (B.A.R.F) Parade, Ken decides to enter and finally put Fleeman in his place.
