George, Mitchell, and Annie are getting along pretty great right now. George and Nina are official, Mitchell has met and seems to get on well with a friendly cop named Nancy, and Annie's found a new friend, Saul, at the local hardware store. Things couldn't be going better.
Except that George is having nightmares. Specifically, he's dreaming that he's transforming into a werewolf, but he's awake the whole time it's happening. He'll snap out of it, and find himself still human, but he's starting to worry that he'll hurt someone, or worse, Nina, if the transformation ever becomes real.
Meanwhile, Mitchell is still struggling with his bloodthirsty urges. He's been drinking pig's blood (ouch), but it's not satisfying him anymore. Nancy, the cop he's dating, is starting to become suspicious of him, so he decides to end things with her before he can hurt her.
As for Annie, her friendship with Saul has taken a bit of a weird turn. She confides in him that she's a ghost, and he becomes obsessed with trying to communicate with her and other spirits. It's all a bit much for Annie, and she eventually snaps at him.
As the full moon approaches, George becomes more and more on edge, while Mitchell becomes more and more tempted to feed on humans again. And when Saul ends up leading a group of ghost hunters to the house, things take an even more dangerous turn.
This episode marks a turning point for our trio - they've been enjoying a bit of peace and quiet, but now their secrets are getting harder and harder to keep, and danger is starting to close in on them from all sides.
