Ep 7. Being Scared

Being Eve is a New Zealand coming-of-age dramedy that follows the daily struggles of a teenage girl, Eve Baxter (played by Fleur Saville), as she navigates through the ups and downs of high school, family relationships, and first love. The man, named Ben (played by Will Hall), tells Eve that he has lost everything and doesn't see any reason to continue living.

Eve, feeling sympathy and compassion for the man, decides to talk to him and try to convince him not to jump. She tells him that life is full of ups and downs, and that there's always hope for things to get better. She also reveals her own fear of bungee jumping and how she couldn't take the leap. But instead of giving up, she decided to face her fear and try again.

Her words seem to have an impact on Ben, who ultimately decides not to jump off the building. As Eve walks away from the scene, feeling proud of herself for helping someone in need, she realizes that she has conquered her fear in a different way.
