Erica is struggling with a quarter-life crisis, but with the help of her therapist Dr. Tom, she is given the opportunity to travel back in time to fix past mistakes. In season 4, episode 8, titled "Please Please Tell Me No," Erica contemplates a game-changing decision to either pursue a new career path or stay with her old job.
Erica is tired of being undermined at her job and feeling unfulfilled in her career.
