Ep 7. Pumping Iron

Beavis and Butt-Head season 4 episode 7 "Pumping Iron" takes the boys to the local gym where they attempt to get in shape. They first get distracted by the vending machines and load up on junk food, but eventually get inspired by some of the weightlifters they see around them. They try different exercises, including bench pressing and using the leg press machine, but quickly tire out and give up.

The boys eventually discover the sauna and get trapped inside when they accidentally lock themselves in. They become overheated and start hallucinating, imagining themselves as muscle-bound superheroes. They break out of the sauna and make a mess in the gym, prompting the staff to kick them out.

Meanwhile, Mr. Van Driessen's attempts at romance are cut short when he accidentally falls off a treadmill and injures himself. The boys stumble upon him and think he's dead, but he wakes up and tells them he just sprained his ankle. In the end, they all leave the gym with nothing to show for their efforts except for some bruises and sore muscles.

"Pumping Iron" is classic Beavis and Butt-Head, with the duo getting into trouble and causing chaos wherever they go. The episode also pokes fun at gym culture and fitness enthusiasts, highlighting the boys' laziness and lack of motivation. Mr. Van Driessen's storyline adds a touch of heart, but ultimately serves as another opportunity for the boys to wreak havoc.
