Beauty And The Geek Australia season 5 episode 2, titled "Episode 2," follows the remaining beauties and geeks as they continue to navigate through their challenges in hopes of winning the grand prize. The episode begins with the geeks being tasked with a make-up challenge, where they must attempt to give their partner a makeover using their newly acquired skills.

Meanwhile, the beauties are put to the test as they are asked to participate in a gaming challenge. The challenge requires the beauties to use their gaming skills to compete in a virtual race. The twist? The geeks are controlling the game and must communicate with their partners in order to win.

As the challenges progress, tensions start to rise amongst the contestants, with some struggling to work together effectively. The eliminated contestants from the previous episode return to the mansion, causing further drama and jealousy amongst the contestants.

In a bid to learn more about each other, the beauties and geeks are paired up for a dance challenge, where they must learn a complex ballroom routine. The challenge puts both their mental and physical abilities to the test, and the pressure becomes too much for some of the contestants.

As the night draws to a close, the contestants gather for an elimination ceremony. One couple is sent home, leaving the remaining contestants to continue their pursuit of the grand prize. The tension heightens as the competition narrows, and the beauties and geeks must once again rise to the challenge in the upcoming episode.
