In season 4 episode 3 of Beauty And The Geek Australia, titled "Episode 3," the eight remaining teams continue on their journey to win the ultimate prize of $100,000.

The episode begins with a challenge that tests the geeks' physical abilities as they are tasked with creating an aerodynamically-sound glider and launching it off a 10-meter high platform. The beauties cheer on their partners as they compete to see whose glider can fly the farthest.

Next, the beauties have a chance to showcase their intelligence as they participate in a spelling bee challenge. The geeks must coach their partners and help them study for the competition. The winning team receives a special prize that allows them to choose which team they would like to send to the elimination room.

In the elimination room, two teams must compete in a "geek chic" fashion challenge where they must create stylish and fashionable outfits using only recycled materials. The judges, including guest judge and fashion designer Jayson Brunsdon, critique the outfits and determine which team will be sent home.

Meanwhile, tensions rise between some of the remaining teams as they struggle to work together. One beauty feels her partner isn't taking the challenges seriously enough while another geek feels his partner is too bossy. The teams must learn to communicate effectively and work together if they want to make it to the end.
