As the main summer season comes to an end, families are taking advantage of the last hot weeks to hit the beach. In this episode of Beachfront Bargain Hunt, a couple from New Orleans is looking for the perfect beachfront property on which to build their dream vacation home. The couple is drawn to the natural beauty of Pensacola Beach, Florida. The attraction of the emerald waters and white sands of this area is undeniable. It's what put this area on the map for tourists all over the world.

The couple has several requirements they want for their property. First, it must be on or near the beach. Secondly, it must be large enough to accommodate a home with enough space for a family of 5. Lastly, the couple is looking for a property that is within their budget of $500,000.

The real estate agent showing the couple around is Kathy Justice and she is a Florida native who will act as their guide throughout this process. She has lived on the beach her entire life and knows this area like the back of her hand, which makes her the perfect agent for the job.

The first property that Kathy shows the couple is a condo located right on the beach. The couple likes the idea of not having to maintain a yard, and they also like the idea of not having to worry about the upkeep of the building. However, the couple quickly realizes that this condo does not have enough space for their family. They also have concerns about the noise level being right on the beach. They move on to the next property.

The second property is a single-family home that is located just off the beach. While it is not right on the emerald waters and white sand, it is close enough to give the family easy access to the beach. The couple likes the idea of having their own pool in the backyard, which is not something that they could have if they purchased a condo. However, the couple doesn't like the idea of having to pay for the upkeep of the pool, which makes them hesitant. The house has enough space for their family, but the price is slightly over their budget.

The third property that the couple sees is a townhouse that is located right on the beach. It has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, which would give the family enough space for their vacation home. The couple loves the location but feels that they would have to do some renovations to make it more to their liking. Additionally, there is a homeowner's association fee, which is an added expense that they weren't expecting.

The fourth property that Kathy shows the couple is a single-family home that is directly on the beach and has everything the couple is looking for and more. The views from the home are stunning and the property has been updated with a modern interior. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is plenty of space for the family. The backyard is expansive and leads directly to the beach. The couple falls in love with the property, and while the price is a bit higher than their budget, they believe it is worth the investment.

The decision-making process for the couple is tough, but in the end, it is the fourth property that wins them over. The couple is ecstatic to finally have their very own beachfront property and can't wait to start making memories with their family.
