In the season 16 premiere of Beachfront Bargain Hunt, titled "Destin-ation Florida," our favorite real estate experts take us to the stunning shores of Florida's Gulf Coast. With its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and abundance of water activities, it's no wonder why this area is a perennially popular vacation destination.

The episode follows two couples as they search for their perfect beachfront property in the area. The first couple is Ryan and Taylor, who have been vacationing in the area for years and are now looking to buy their own property for long-term vacation use. Ryan and Taylor enlist the help of real estate agent Jordan Evans to help them navigate the complex market and find their dream property. Jordan shows them several options, including a fixer-upper house that's a bit over budget but has tremendous potential, and a newly-built townhouse that needs no work but is slightly further from the water than they'd hoped.

Meanwhile, Cindy and Philip work with another agent, Michelle Brown, to find their perfect property. Michelle takes them to several condos that meet their criteria, including a unit in a high-rise building that has gorgeous views and lots of amenities, but is slightly over budget. They also explore a few smaller, less expensive options that are a bit farther from the beach.

Throughout the episode, we get to see the couples weigh their options and make some tough decisions. They grapple with questions like whether it's worth paying more for a property that needs no work, or whether they should invest in a fixer-upper that has the potential to appreciate in value over time.

We also get to see some of the area's most beautiful beaches and attractions, including Destin Harbor, Henderson Beach State Park, and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

In the end, both couples are able to find properties that they love within their budgets. The episode ends on a high note as they celebrate with their respective real estate agents and look forward to many happy beach days ahead.
