Be Cool Scooby-Doo! Season 2 Episode 3 - Renn Scare

In this episode of Be Cool Scooby-Doo! The gang are on their way to the Great Salt Lake city for the world-famous desert marathon. They are excited to witness the thrilling race, but their plans take a turn when they realize that they have landed themselves in the middle of a creepy mystery. The gang's suspicions are raised when they learn that one of the racers, Lorraine, has been receiving strange threats from an unknown source. The team decides to investigate and soon discover that there is a "renn" creature involved in the mystery.

The gang's investigation leads them to a historical site, an old abandoned mining town, where the marathon is set to be held. It's there they meet various race contenders, including Lorraine, who is amongst the top runners of the race, but has learned that she is being targeted by a furious Renn creature. She reveals to the gang that her grandfather discovered the bones of the Renn creature many years ago, and their family has been cursed ever since.

As the race begins, the gang divides itself to keep an eye out for the suspicious monster. However, their cautionary approach turns out in vain when they witness the Renn creature appearing before their eyes. The creature is quick-footed and takes off to a different section of the marathon. Later, Fred and Velma investigating the old yet mysterious site are able to discover the Renn creature's hiding place.

The gang unravels more about the mystery and comes to find out that there is more to the Renn creature than meets the eye. As they continue to solve the case, even the seemingly ordinary contestants of the marathon start to raise suspicion.

In addition to the Renn creature, there is a suspicious person interfering with the racing gear. With this person caught in the act, the overall mystery unfolds to exposure, and the team deduces that the race was to be sabotaged. The conclusion of the episode is full of suspenseful twists and turns as the gang races towards the finish line to catch the culprit and put an end to the curse of the Renn creature.
