Beth and her friend Laura are excited to visit Tequila Bay, a new club that opened up in the area. They're dressed to impress and ready to have a good time. Meanwhile, Mitch catches wind of a boat accident near Tequila Bay and heads out to investigate.
Upon arrival, Mitch and his team discover that the boat was carrying a load of contraband tequila. The smugglers on board abandon ship and are quickly pursued by the police. The Baywatch team is left to clean up the mess, which includes several crates of tequila bottles floating in the water.
As they work on the cleanup operation, Mitch and his team learn from Laura that Beth went to Tequila Bay and hasn't returned. Mitch quickly deduces that Beth may have gotten caught up in the chaos caused by the boat accident and may be in trouble.
Mitch and Stephanie take the Baywatch boat to Tequila Bay to look for Beth, but are stopped by the club's bouncer at the entrance. They manage to convince him to let them in, and make their way inside to search for Beth. Their first stop is the bar, where they ask the bartender if they've seen Beth. The bartender claims that she left hours ago, but Mitch and Stephanie are suspicious.
While searching for Beth, Mitch and Stephanie notice that the crowd at Tequila Bay is getting rowdier by the minute. People are getting drunk and disorderly, and fights are breaking out left and right. They soon realize that the tequila from the crashed boat has made its way into the club, and everyone is getting intoxicated.
As Mitch and Stephanie continue their search, they encounter the smugglers from the crashed boat. A fight breaks out, and Mitch and Stephanie must use their Baywatch training to fend off the attackers. In the chaos, they manage to find Beth and get her out of harm's way.
As they make their way out of Tequila Bay, they notice that the building is on fire. They quickly call for backup and work to evacuate the remaining patrons. Through quick thinking and strategic planning, the Baywatch team is able to keep everyone safe and put out the fire.
In the aftermath of the chaos, Beth realizes that going out to a club isn't worth the risk. Mitch reminds her that having fun doesn't have to mean putting yourself in danger. The episode ends with the Baywatch team reflecting on their experience and looking forward to the next day's adventure.
