Ep 12. The Foggiest Notion

He has discovered that the stolen sedative can be used to induce hallucinations and that the green liquid is a powerful hypnotic drug. The criminals likely plan to use both in combination to create a fog that will induce fear in the citizens of Gotham.

Batman realizes that he needs to act fast before the criminals can put their plan into action. He and Robin set out to gather more information and soon discover that the villains are led by a mysterious figure known only as the Fear Master.

As they close in on the Fear Master, Batman and Robin fall victim to his hypnotic powers. They become lost in a world of their own fears and are unable to fight back. It is up to Alfred to find a way to break their hypnotic trance and save the city from the grip of fear.
