After the renovations are complete, Jon invites some local influencers to the bar to showcase the new look and menu. The influencers are impressed with the changes and post about their experience on social media, bringing in new customers.

In the end, Jon gives Kate the tools she needs to successfully run District Social. He introduces her to a mentor, a successful bar owner, who can guide her and provide support. Jon also stresses the importance of keeping her employees motivated and happy, as they are an integral part of the bar's success.
