Ep 17. Three Indoor/Outdoor Renovations in St. Thomas

After months of planning and executing, the season 4 finale of Bang For Your Buck is finally here, and it's going to be an explosion of color, design and renovation. In episode 17, we head to the Caribbean island of St. Thomas where three homeowners compete to see who has the biggest and best indoor/outdoor renovations, all while working with a budget of $50,000.

The first couple, Sarah and John, have put their heart and soul into their renovation. They wanted to create an indoor/outdoor space that was open, functional, and kid-friendly. To achieve their goal, they knocked down walls and extended their living room outside. They put in a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and even a mini-pool for the kids. However, with a budget of $50,000, they had to cut corners in some areas. Will this affect their overall score?

The second couple, Hannah and Will, have decided to expand and renovate their outdoor space. They added a saltwater pool, an outdoor dining area, and even a tiki bar. But they didn't stop there! They also renovated their kitchen and converted their sunroom into a game room. Hannah and Will had to make some sacrifices to stay within budget, but they're confident that the overall value of their house will go up. Will the judges agree?

The third couple, Ken and Stacey, had a lot of work to do on their property. Their house was a fixer-upper, and they had to start from scratch on their indoor/outdoor renovation. However, Ken and Stacey were determined to create their dream home, and they have done just that. They added a saltwater pool, a brand-new kitchen, an outdoor living room, and even a rooftop deck. But did they go over budget? And will the added value of their home be worth the extra cost?

As always, our expert judges will be evaluating each couple's renovation and grading them based on their creativity, design, and overall value. The judges will also take into consideration any challenges faced during the renovation process and how each homeowner handled those challenges.
