Ep 5. Crossroads

As they move through the forest, they come across a group of soldiers from another company who are holed up in an abandoned house. The soldiers are low on supplies and have no ammunition. Winters orders them to join his company and leads them back to their designated location.

Finally, the episode depicts the company arriving at their destination, where they are relieved to see other American soldiers who have arrived to reinforce them. The soldiers are given hot food and supplies, and morale is lifted. The episode ends with Winters contemplating the reality of the war and the losses that come with it.
