Spencer learns that his friend, Vernon, is facing financial troubles after investing in a venture he knew very little about. This leads Spencer down a path of forgiveness as he confronts his own past mistakes and struggles with the consequences of his actions. Meanwhile, Spencer's friend and client, Ricky, deals with the aftermath of domestic violence allegations, as his ex-wife airs their dirty laundry on social media.
