After some consideration, Spencer agrees to come back, but only on his own terms.
Once back at Anderson Financial, Spencer quickly learns that there is a new potential client who could help change his fortunes and cement his place in the world of football. Spencer meets with the young and talented NFL player, Travis Mack, who has the potential to be the new "face of the franchise". Travis has been in trouble off the field in the past, but Spencer sees potential in him and sets out to convince him to become a client at Anderson Financial.
Throughout the episode, Spencer deals with a range of issues, including trying to recruit new clients, dealing with Joe’s antics, and helping Vernon Littlefield, an NFL player he represents, get back on the field after a severe injury. Meanwhile, Spencer's friend and business partner, Jason Antolotti, tries to juggle his responsibilities with supporting his new girlfriend, who has decided to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
As the episode draws to a close, Spencer continues to try and convince Travis to sign with Anderson Financial. He eventually agrees and it becomes clear that Spencer's fortunes may be looking up. However, with his past still haunting him and potentially influential figures in the industry seeking to bring him down, Spencer must tread very carefully if he is to succeed.
