This show is about the story of two girls named Jo and Meg, who are mercenaries that are living in the city of Tokyo, After they left their old life behind in New York, the two girls decide to live with their new family in a new city, However, Meg's best friend, Shierly, had been brutally attacked by a cyborg who was controlled by a crazy psychopath who is hunting down his victims by either severely injuring them, or killing them with his machine of death. Meg later finds out that she is his next target.

Before Jo can destroy the monster who was formed during a show at the Ōsaka Tiger Dome, Katsu Takane of the Hanshin Police Hawk Unit arrests her. Jo is questioned, but Takane doesn't find out much from the Angel. Meanwhile, Kyouhei finds himself flying in the air and into a canal where he lands on the moster that Jo had fought the night before. Fortunately for Kyouhei, the monster is dead.

In Ōsaka, a passenger train hits an out-of-control, empty train that had been on the same track. The Hanshin Police take over the case and the lead detective receives a scrambled call from the terrorist who claims responsibility and warns that there is more danger to come. The police take to the streets to find the terrorist before it's too late. At the same time, Jo make her way into the area.

Someone has been misusing Amy's face on the internet, posting it where she would not want it. She asks Sei if she can go into town to buy some stuff at Akihabara (Electronics District), but Sei says that she spends too much money whenever she goes there. Sei and Meg leave to do some shopping and Sei tells Amy to stay put until they return. Just then, Kyouhei shows up on his scooter and Amy has him take her to Akiba.

9. Party of the Dragon

Aboard an elegant yacht, Sei, Meg, and Amy attend a gathering of the White Lotus and Black Lotus organisations. The two sides, from China and Japan respectively, are meeting to consolidate their power by joining forces once again after a long separation. To seal the pact, Sei's grandfather, Laopan, has offered her as a bride for the leader of the Black Lotus.

8. The Wounded Fugitive

The black crow has taken Meg as its next victim. The target that was to be protected by Jo was actually guarding a virus, which he injects into Kyouhei to keep the item from the black crow. Jo's only goal is to rescue Meg, and, going against Sei's orders, she takes Kyouhei as her bargaining chip for Meg. Sei sends her men after Jo in the hopes that she will listen to reason.

7. Black Sky

While attending a food festival with Shiho, a girl from his school that he really likes, Kyouhei learns a lot more about foreign cuisine. On their way home, they discuss the recent abductions of women that are rumoured to be conducted by a large black crow. While walking through a graveyard, they meet the black crow face to face. In the ensuing scuffle, Kyouhei is knocked down and Shiho is taken by the monstrosity.

Jo saves Meg from an attack by a cloaked demon. Joining her undercover, Jo is told by Amy that the hallucinations are derived from a toxin placed into the food at the school. Angelique then questions Meg about the break-in at the Ishtar Club.

Meg goes undercover at an all-girl school to find out the reason why a former student has been confined to a hospital, suffering from dementia. While there, she learns of a group called the Ishtar Club, which she suspects is part of the reason for the girl's hallucinations. Late one night, while reporting to Sei, Jo and Amy, Meg witnesses a girl named Youko try to commit suicide on the dormitory's rooftop.

Meg is separated from Jo when the train that she is on speeds away before Jo can catch up. Jo meets up with the mobile fortress and they try to catch up with the train. As the train heads towards its destination, Meg tries to figure out why RAPT was so interested in Wong.

Kyouhei quits his job with the Bakuretsu Tenshi, but he is such a good cook that the four persuade him to come back. While Kyouhei cooks dinner, the Bakuretsu Tenshi gear up for their next mission. Jo and Meg head out to track down a man who their employer wishes to talk to.

2. The Heartless Gunfighter

The mission to retrieve a data disc goes awry when Jo and Meg find out that Kyouhei Tachibana was kidnapped by one of the underworld families in order to ransom him for return of the disc. The situation goes from bad to worse when a Cybot crashes the scene. Fortunately, the Burst Angels have their own Cybot in the form of Django. The rogue Cybot escapes with Meg as its prisoner and Jo forces Kyouhei to come with her and rescue Meg.
