The episode "Mobile Assault" starts off with the introduction of the newest Bakugan brawler, Spectra Phantom. He is scheming with his own dark Bakugan, Helios, and discussing their plans to disrupt the other brawlers' momentum. Helios says he won't work with a human brawler, but Spectra insists that their partnership will be worth it.

Meanwhile, the other brawlers are trying to figure out how to stop a massive mobile fortress known as the Doom Dimension Controller, which is headed towards Bakugan City. The Controller has the power to unleash an army of Bakugan from the Doom Dimension, which could wreak havoc on the city and its citizens.

The brawlers are racing towards the Controller in their own mobile vehicles, but they are attacked by Spectra and Helios. Dan and Drago are able to outmaneuver their opponents and continue on their path, but the others are left to deal with Spectra and Helios.

As they fight, Spectra reveals the true reason for his attack: he wants to gain control of the Doom Dimension and use its power to create a new world order. He sees the Bakugan as tools for his own ambition, rather than sentient beings with their own desires and needs.

Meanwhile, Dan and Drago are hot on the trail of the Doom Dimension Controller. They are joined by Mira and Ace, who are providing support from above in their own vehicle. The four of them begin to coordinate their attacks on the Controller, but they are met with a surprise attack from the inside.

Marucho and Preyas are part of a team that has infiltrated the Doom Dimension Controller, hoping to find a way to shut it down from within. They have to navigate through the labyrinthine interior, avoiding traps and enemy attacks as they go. Their progress is slow but steady, and they are able to dish out some damage along the way.

Back outside, Spectra and Helios are launching a final assault on the other brawlers. They seem to have the upper hand, until Shun and his Bakugan, Taylean, show up to turn the tide. Shun has a newfound confidence and strategic sense, due to his recent training with Dan and the others. He employs some clever tactics that catch Spectra off guard, and they are able to drive him away.

With Spectra out of the picture, the other brawlers refocus their attention on the Doom Dimension Controller. They have sustained some damage, but they are still able to mount a coordinated assault. Dan and Drago are able to use their signature Dragon Slayer move to cut through the Controller's defenses, while Mira and Ace unleash a barrage of missiles and energy blasts.

Inside the Controller, Marucho and Preyas are racing to find the core that powers it. They encounter some fierce resistance, including a group of powerful Bakugan that seem to be under Spectra's control. But with their combined skills and teamwork, they are able to fight their way through and reach the core.

Just as they are about to shut it down, Spectra appears again, having sneaked back in using a stolen ID card. He engages them in a final showdown, using all the powers at his disposal. The outcome is in doubt until the very end, but in the end Marucho and Preyas are able to emerge victorious.

With the Doom Dimension Controller shut down, Bakugan City is saved from a terrible fate. The brawlers congratulate each other on a job well done, but they know that there will always be new challenges and threats to come. They vow to stay vigilant and continue honing their skills as Bakugan brawlers, in order to protect their world and their friends.
