Pig of the Mole People / Plucky and Me is the 24th episode of the second season of Back at the Barnyard. In this episode, the animals of the barnyard discover that Pig has disappeared. Unable to locate him anywhere around the farm, they start to worry and wonder where he could have gone. Suddenly they find a tunnel leading underground, and speculate that Pig must have fallen in. The animals are determined to rescue him and embark on an underground adventure to find Pig.
As they journey through the tunnel, they come across various obstacles including rocks, mudslides, and other dangers. They encounter mole people along the way, who are initially skeptical of the barn animals and their intentions. but the barn animals eventually convince them to help them find Pig. The mole people reluctantly join in the search party and eventually lead the barn animals to Pig's whereabouts. They discover that Pig had fallen through a hole and was trapped in a pit.
Plucky the Flemish Giant rabbit is inspired by the mole people's bravery, and joins them in their cause to protect their underground world from the surface world. Meanwhile, Otis and his gang return to the surface and reunite with Pig, and reflect on how fortunate they were to have such loyal friends.
Overall, this episode explores the themes of teamwork, friendship, and bravery. The barnyard animals come together to rescue their friend, and the mole people put aside their initial suspicions to help them.
