Ep 7. Over My Dead Body

Jenna Hamilton, a sophomore in high school, is navigating through the trials and tribulations of adolescence while dealing with the aftermath of a mysterious accident. In season 1 episode 7, titled Over My Dead Body, Jenna's love life becomes even more complicated as she tries to juggle her feelings for both Matty and Jake.

Jenna's best friend, Tamara, is convinced that Matty is just using Jenna for sex, and tries to convince her to end things with him. Meanwhile, Jenna is trying to make a decision about who to take to the Winter Formal.

As if that wasn't enough drama, Jenna discovers that her mother has been keeping a secret from her, which sends her down a rabbit hole of family drama. She turns to her guidance counselor, Val, for advice, but Val's own personal issues threaten to derail their conversation.

To make matters worse, Jenna's dad is out of town and her mom hires a cleaning lady, who turns out to be a little too friendly with Jenna's dad. All in all, it's a chaotic and stressful week for Jenna, and the Winter Formal may be just what she needs to blow off some steam and escape her problems for a little while.
