Ep 10. No Doubt

In Awkward. season 1 episode 10 titled "No Doubt", Jenna is hesitant about getting back together with Matty after he abandoned her at the ski lodge. The next day at school, Jenna is still trying to figure out her relationship with Matty. She turns to her guidance counselor for advice and shares how she thinks that Matty is the one for her. However, the counselor reminds her that she is young and has plenty of time to find the person who is right for her. Jenna decides to take a break from Matty and focus on herself for the time being.

Later on, Jenna is surprised to find that Matty has left her a letter in her locker. In the letter, Matty expresses his love for Jenna and how he wants to be with her but understands if she needs time. Jenna is touched by the letter and realizes that Matty truly cares for her.

In the final scene, Jenna’s parents, Kevin and Lacey, share a sweet moment where they reaffirm their love for each other. Kevin tells Lacey that she is his best friend and that nothing will ever change that. Lacey realizes that she doesn’t need to compare herself to anyone else and is happy with who she is.
