Jeong Jeong, the Firebender, teaches Aang to control his power and use it only for good, and to find balance within himself.
Meanwhile, the rest of the team prepares for the final battle against the Fire Nation. Sokka and Toph work on a plan to take down the Fire Nation airships with the help of some unexpected allies. Zuko struggles with his loyalty to his sister, Azula, and his duty to his friends and the Avatar.
The episode builds towards an epic conclusion as Aang and his friends face off against the Fire Nation in a final battle for the fate of the world. With the knowledge and skills gained from the Old Masters, Aang unleashes his full potential as the Avatar and faces off against Fire Lord Ozai in an intense battle for the ages.
