Arthur is a popular animated show that has been on air for more than 2 decades. Each episode follows the school days of 8-year-old aardvark, Arthur, and his many animal friends in the fictional town of Elwood City. The show is aimed at children aged between 4 and 8 years old and teaches valuable lessons on bullying, teamwork, and other social issues. In season 23, episode 3 titled "When Duty Calls, Part 1 / When Duty Calls, Part 2," the storyline revolves around Arthur and his friends trying to save their beloved playground from being turned into a parking lot.

But their efforts hit a roadblock when they realize that Chip Crosswire is a powerful man who is not used to being told "no." When their peaceful protests are ignored, Arthur and his friends have to resort to drastic measures.
In "When Duty Calls, Part 2," Arthur and his friends carry out their plan to take down the construction site using water balloons. However, things take an unexpected turn when the police arrive, and they have to flee the scene before they are arrested. The kids have to regroup and come up with a new plan to save their playground. They eventually decide to create a video that shows how important the playground is to them and how it has helped them in their lives. They also rally the entire community to support their cause by hosting a fundraising event.
In the end, the community comes together to raise enough funds to buy the land from the developer and save the playground. Arthur and his friends are overjoyed that they were able to accomplish their goal, and the playground is saved from destruction.
