Ep 11. D.W.'s Deer Friend/Buster Hits the Books

In "D.W.'s Deer Friend," D.W. makes a new friend in her backyard: a deer. She's over the moon and names him Walter, but her excitement is short-lived when she realizes Arthur and his friends aren't taking her seriously. When her parents tell her that Walter needs to go back to the wild, D.W. is devastated. She convinces Arthur to find Walter and bring him back home, but they soon realize that having a wild animal as a pet is not as easy as it seems.

Meanwhile, in "Buster Hits the Books," Buster struggles to keep up with his schoolwork when he becomes obsessed with a video game. His grades start slipping and he becomes increasingly overwhelmed, but he's too embarrassed to ask for help. When he's caught cheating on a test, he's forced to confront his problems and seek help from his friends and family.

Both episodes deal with important themes and lessons, from the responsibility that comes with taking care of an animal to the importance of managing one's time and asking for help when needed. As always, "Arthur" handles these topics with humor, heart, and a deft touch that makes it one of the most beloved children's shows of all time.
