Ep 11. The Making of Arthur

Arthur and his friends become discouraged, but they remember that they have something Muffy doesn't - their genuine passion for their town.

In the end, the famous filmmaker judges the videos and surprisingly chooses Arthur and his friends' video as the winner. The group is overjoyed and proud of their hard work and dedication.
