Ep 12. Unchained

Oliver (Stephen Amell) and the team learn about a new meta-human named Roy Bivolo (guest star David Ramsey) who has the power to control people's emotions. Bivolo is being held captive by Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and the team decides to rescue him. Meanwhile, Thea (Willa Holland) becomes the target of a hunted killer who has been hired by Darhk. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) has to confront her past when a former client asks for her help. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) deals with the aftermath of her breakup with Oliver and meets a new love interest. In flashbacks, Oliver returns to the island where he meets a new enemy. The episode is directed by Kevin Fair and written by Rebecca Bellotto.
