Ep 2. Top Hat and Tails

Mr. Grace decides to throw a staff party in the store's canteen and mandates that all the staff members must wear formal attire. This sets off a scramble amongst the staff members as they try to prepare for the party. Meanwhile, the staff members also have to deal with a difficult customer who has specific demands about how he wants his purchases wrapped. Mr. Lucas struggles to meet the customer's expectations, leading to a hilarious mix-up with the wrapping. Additionally, Mr. Humphries becomes enamored with a customer who he thinks might be a member of the aristocracy, and attempts to impress her with his knowledge of etiquette and fine goods. All in all, the episode is packed with comedic moments as the staff members try to navigate both the party preparations and the problems presented by their customers.
