In the second episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force's second season, the trio of fast food characters - Master Shake, Frylock, and Meatwad - decide to transform themselves into superheroes. They each take on unique superpowers, with Shake assuming the mantle of Captain Entropy, Frylock becoming the Human Dynamo, and Meatwad taking on the name the Human Giant.

As they try out their powers, they quickly realize that they're not exactly the most skilled superheroes around. Meatwad's size makes him hard to move, Shake's power of chaos seems to have no real effect, and Frylock's electricity occasionally gets the better of him. They decide to team up to take on a common enemy: the Frat Aliens.

The Frat Aliens are a group of aliens who enjoy partying and frat-like behavior, and they've made their way to Earth to wreak havoc. When they arrive, they quickly start causing trouble: stealing women as their "pledges," throwing parties everywhere they go, and generally making a nuisance of themselves. The Aqua Teens quickly realize that they'll need to team up if they want to stop these aliens from continuing their rampage.

Throughout the episode, the trio struggles with their newfound powers, often accidentally causing more harm than good. Meatwad accidentally destroys a building, while Frylock blows out electricity all over the neighborhood. Shake's powers seem particularly useless, as he seems to be able to do little more than make random, destructive things happen. But as they work together, they slowly start to figure out how to coordinate their powers for maximum effect.

Eventually, they come up with a plan to infiltrate the Frat Aliens' mother ship and take down the leader, the self-appointed "Frat Master." They use Meatwad's size to sneak in as a "pledge," and then Frylock and Shake follow close behind. But once they're inside, they quickly realize that they're in over their heads.

The Frat Master is a tough fight, and the Aqua Teens struggle to even get close to him. They have to use all of their powers creatively to take him down, with Shake finally figuring out how to use his chaos powers to great effect. After a prolonged fight, they're finally able to defeat the Frat Master and take down the rest of the Frat Aliens' ship.

In the end, the Aqua Teens are hailed as heroes for defeating the Frat Aliens and saving the day. But as they return to their home, they realize that maybe being a superhero isn't all it's cracked up to be. They're tired, bruised, and battered, and they realize that their powers often got in the way of actually being effective. As they ponder their next move, they're interrupted by the arrival of another enemy: the Plutonians. It's clear that the Aqua Teens' time as superheroes is far from over.
