In Aqua Teen Hunger Force's second episode of season one, entitled "Rabbot," the story begins with the three main characters: Meatwad, Frylock, and Master Shake, attempting to give their old television set to their pet rabbit. When the TV doesn't seem to work, Meatwad suggests that they send the rabbit to the moon on a space shuttle that he made out of household items.
However, the rocket malfunctions, and instead of sending the rabbit to the moon, it transforms into a giant robotic rabbit. The house is now overrun with the massive mechanical creature, causing chaos and destruction in its wake. The team then calls their neighbor Carl to help them with their situation.
Carl quickly becomes annoyed with the robot rabbit and attempts to destroy it with his shotgun. However, he is unsuccessful in his attempts and the team realizes they must come up with another solution to stop the robot rabbit before it destroys everything in sight.
As they work on their plan, they discover that the rabbit is receiving its power from a nearby power plant, so they decide to infiltrate the plant and shut it down. The team dresses up as maintenance workers in order to sneak into the plant, but their cover is quickly blown when a security guard catches them.
The team then decides to unleash their secret weapon, a drill-dozer that they built from household items. Using the drill-dozer, they are able to shut down the power plant, causing the robot rabbit to lose its power and become deactivated.
With the robot rabbit defeated and peace restored, the team reflects on their experience and Meatwad promises to make a new and improved rocket to send the rabbit to the moon next time. Throughout the episode, there are also moments of surrealism and absurdity that add to the show's humor, as well as several references to pop culture and other shows.
Overall, "Rabbot" is a funny and entertaining episode that showcases the wacky and unpredictable nature of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It also sets the tone for the series as a whole, with its off-beat humor and bizarre situations.
