On the fourth episode of season 9 of Antiques Road Trip, expert dealers Christina Trevanion and Thomas Plant hit the road once again to find the best antiques and collectibles in a bid to make the most profit at auction.
Their journey starts in Yorkshire, where Christina is on the lookout for some classic pieces, while Thomas is interested in some quirkier finds. They visit an elegant mansion full of rare objects, including a beautiful Victorian vase and a set of silver spoons. Though tempted by these items, the dynamic duo decide to wait and see what else they can find on their adventure.
Their next stop takes them to an auction house in Leeds, where Christina is instantly entranced by a stunning painting and Thomas gets his hands on a retro industrial lamp. Both hopeful that their items will fetch a good price, they set off once again in search of more treasures.
On the way to Scunthorpe, they come across a quirky little shop called The Vintage Emporium. Christina can't resist the temptation and quickly picks up a vintage bracelet, while Thomas is not moved by anything until he finds an antique compass that takes his fancy.
Their final stop of the day is at an auction house in North Lincolnshire, where the competition between the two dealers heats up. Christina puts her trust in the Victorian vase and the silver spoons, while Thomas is going all-in on the lamp and the compass. Which one will come out on top?
As the auction begins, the excitement builds and the bidding starts. It's a rollercoaster of emotions as the dealers nervously watch their items go under the hammer. Will Christina's vase and spoons sell for a profit, or will Thomas' lamp and compass outshine her prized possessions?
As the auctioneer's gavel falls for the final time, the dealers take stock of their success (or lack thereof). Who will have made the most profit, and who will be left with cashless pockets? Find out on this thrilling episode of Antiques Road Trip.
