In Antiques Road Trip season 20 episode 7, two antique experts embark on a journey through the picturesque countryside of Southwest England. The aim of this journey is to scavenge for rare and valuable antiques, with a budget of £200 each.

Starting off at the historic Branbury Antiques in Mortimer, Berkshire, the two experts, namely Charlie Ross and Raj Bisram, peruse through the antiques collection, looking for some valuable items that they can buy and sell at a higher price.

They both find some impressive items, including a Victorian corkscrew, an Edwardian silver teapot and a rare Staffordshire pottery jug. The experts use their haggling skills to strike the best deals, as they try to stay within their budget.

With their bags full of antiques, they hit the road, headed for the next stop, which is the Old Bank Antiques Centre in Devizes, Wiltshire. Hidden in this antique center, they find a rare and valuable silver lapel pin, made by the famed silversmith Murrle Bennett. They also pick up a beautiful Arts and Crafts mirror that could fetch an impressive price.

The journey continues, and they make their way to Sandford Antiques Centre, in Crediton, Devon. Here, they find a unique and rare piece of furniture, a Georgian side table with an unusual design. Charlie and Raj both agree that this could be a valuable investment. Furthermore, they stumble upon a spectacular painting by the renowned artist John Chancellor, which they both think is a significant find.

As they head to the final destination of the trip, the tiny village of St. Martin, in Cornwall, they stop at various antique shops, including the Cornish Bird and Garden, and the Old School Antique Centre. Here, they both spot an authentic Cornish chaise longue from the 1800s, which they see as a valuable find.

Finally, they reach their last stop, the Whistlefish Gallery in St. Ives, Cornwall. Here, they attend an auction to see if they can make some good returns on their purchases. The auctioneer is impressed by the range and quality of the items that the experts have found, and the bidders are eager to secure a piece of antique history.

Throughout the episode, there is a friendly and competitive banter between Charlie and Raj, who are both trying to outdo each other in their antique hunting efforts. They discuss the history of various items they come across and share their knowledge on antiques, which is fascinating.

The episode ends with the auction results, revealing the profits made by each expert. Did one manage to outdo the other, or were they both equally successful in their quest to find rare and valuable antiques? You'll have to watch the episode to find out.

Overall, Antiques Road Trip season 20 episode 7 is an entertaining and enjoyable watch, particularly for antique enthusiasts. It offers a glimpse into the world of antique hunting and the thrill of finding hidden treasures.
